AOM is the best venue for receiving feedback on your research and other works in progress. Submitting proposals is a great way to participate in the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting. What can you submit?
Papers
Paper Sessions are the heart of scholarship and offer the most significant contributions to the Annual Meeting.
Symposia
Speakers discuss a common topic or theme that brings new insights to the subject. Symposia (either Panel Symposia and Presenter Symposia) can be submitted to up to three Divisions and Interest groups (DIGs).
Caucuses
Caucuses encompass a wide variety of topics, and we encourage proposals that feature nascent ideas or ongoing themes that would be interesting to the entire AOM community.

Submitting a Proposal
Submitting proposals is a great way to participate in the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting. By submitting papers, Professional Development Workshops (PDWs), symposia, and caucuses, you have the opportunity to share your work and knowledge with fellow management and organization scholars. Important Notes For Submissions
- Submitters do not need to be members to submit a proposal to the Annual Meeting.
- If a proposal is accepted, participants must register to attend the Annual Meeting.
- All participants attending the Annual Meeting must be AOM Members and registered for the Annual Meeting.
