2023 Caucus Program: Call for Submissions

The Caucus Committee invites proposals for caucus sessions to be held in-person at the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, 4-8 August 2023. Caucuses encompass a wide variety of topics, and we encourage proposals that feature
nascent ideas or ongoing themes that would be interesting to the AOM community. Innovative proposals that provide conference participants with opportunities to collaborate, explore and develop new ideas that include, but are not limited to,
the conference theme “Putting the Worker Front and Center” should be submitted. The conference theme invites a wide-ranging spectrum of theoretical perspectives, research methods, and applications to broaden our views of current workplace facing emerging challenges. The Caucus welcomes proposals to
provide meaningful insights and contributions to understand and address the recent dramatic shift in the workplace in the post-pandemic world.
We encourage you to think about the following questions as you prepare your proposal:
Does your proposal encourage the development of new ideas or address emerging topics?
Does your proposal appeal to and interest a broad audience of AOM members?
Does your proposal encourage collaboration and the free exchange of ideas?
Although not required, does your proposal address the conference theme, “Putting the Worker Front and Center”?
Does your proposal clearly express the goals and desired outcomes as a result of the Caucus session?
Submission Guidelines
Submissions must follow the Caucus Submission Guidelines.
Important: Caucus proposals that do not follow the guidelines will not be reviewed.All Caucus submissions must be made via the AOM Submission Center. The site opens for submissions in early December 2022. The submission deadline is Tuesday, 10 January 2023 at 17:00 ET (GMT-5/UTC-5).
