Volunteer to provide one-on-one coaching to fellow members.
Career Coaches, please consider joining the Career Services Committee in offering one-on-one coaching to AOM members throughout each stage of their career. Differing from mentorship, coaching is a short-term, topic specific conversation not limited
to the job search process. In fact, this is a great opportunity to introduce those being coached to DIG leadership and/or mentors. As AOM membership grows in global representation, you are encouraged to volunteer regardless of where you reside. This
